Message from Newport Beach PD Alerts
Two residential burglaries were recently reported in the Newport Ridge North Community.

Occurred between approximately: 6:15 pm and 9:45 pm on 12/19/2025
While the victims were away, unknown suspects accessed the backyard of the property and stacked patio furniture and a patio cover to access a second story unsecured window. The suspects cut the window screen and entered a bedroom. Inside, the suspects rummaged through drawers, cabinets and closes in the primary bedroom and another bedroom before fleeing the scene the same way they entered.
Loss: Jewelry, watches.

Occurred between approximately: 8:00 am on 12/19/2025 and 8:00 pm on 12/20/2025
While the victim was away, unknown suspects accessed the backyard of the property and climbed to the second story balcony. From the balcony, the suspects shattered a window leading to the primary bedroom to get into the primary bedroom. The suspects took some of the victim’s property and fled the same way they entered.
