Message from Newport Beach PD Alerts
Two residential burglaries were recently reported in the Villa Point Community.
300 Block of Villa Point Dr. (25-7522)
Occurred between approximately: 10/17/2025 and 11/18/2025
While the victim was away, an unknown suspect accessed the rear patio of the property and shattered a window get inside a guest bedroom. Inside, the suspect went through various drawers throughout the house and the master bedroom closet before fleeing the scene.

Occurred between approximately: 12:00pm on 11/9/2025 and 11/11/2025
While the victim was away, an unknown suspect used a walkway to access the back of the property, pried a window screen open, and entered the home through an unsecured window. Inside, the suspect rummaged through drawers throughout the house, but nothing appeared to be taken. The burglary was reported to police on 11/18/2025.
