Message from Newport Beach PD Alerts
A residential burglary recently occurred in the Bonita Canyon Community.
Boardwalk (25-7412)
Occurred between approximately: 12pm on 11/3/25 and 6:45pm on 11/12/25
While the victim was away, unknown suspects accessed the backyard of the property and climbed to the second story balcony. From the balcony, the suspects shattered a sliding glass door leading to the primary bedroom. Inside, the suspects barricade the interior door leading to the bedroom with furniture and ransacked the closet and the bathroom. The suspects located a safe and pried it open. The suspects then fled through the broken sliding glass door and used a sheet to climb down from the balcony.
