Message from Newport Beach PD Alerts
A residential burglary recently occurred in the Dover Shores Community.
1400 block of Galaxy Dr. (25-6940)
Occurred around approximately: 7:00pm on 10/23/2025
While the victims were away, unknown suspects accessed the backyard of the property and shattered a first floor sliding glass door to get into the home. Inside, the suspects rummaged through drawers, closets and shelves throughout the house. At some point during the burglary, the alarm was activated. The suspects fled the scene by climbing the wall into a neighboring backyard where the home was under construction and then drove off in a getaway vehicle.
Loss: Unknown at this time.
Suspect Info: Two-three suspects.
Suspect vehicle: Silver/grey SUV
