A residential burglary recently occurred in the Harbor View Hills South Community.
3500 Block of Catamaran (25-3854)
Occurred around approximately: 2:00am on 6/23/2025
While the victims were away, unknown suspects accessed the backyard of the property and shattered a glass window to access the primary bedroom. Inside the house, the suspect ransacked the primary bedroom and the office before fleeing the scene.
During the course of the burglary, a motion camera inside the house was activated, and the victims got a notification of the activity on their phone. Within about ten minutes of the notification, the victims contacted the police. When police arrived on scene, there were no suspects located in the area.
